My Story
From Silence to Strength
My Story
From Silence to Strength
“I spent years living a life that looked whole… but inside, I was breaking.”
Behind every smile, post, and win is a woman who has fought to breathe through the weight of trauma.

For most of my life, I wore a mask — one shaped by sexual abuse, toxic relationships, spiritual confusion, and self-abandonment. I knew how to perform, succeed, and show up for others… but I didn’t know how to show up for myself.
I thought I was damaged. I believed I was too broken to be loved. I felt like my truth would destroy me — or worse, destroy everything I had worked to build.

But God.
But therapy.
But truth.
But me.

The turning point wasn’t some big, beautiful revelation — it was choosing to stop lying to myself. It was deciding that my silence was no longer protection; it was prison.

I’ve Been There...
-
The little girl afraid to speak up.
-
The woman too ashamed to ask for help.
-
The mother trying to parent through her own pain.
-
The believer questioning if God could still use her.
-
And yet here I am — whole, healing, and walking in purpose. Not because I did everything right, but because I stopped hiding.

Now I Help Others Do the Same
I turned my pain into purpose. My story into strategy. My shame into a message of freedom for others who feel like they’re too far gone.
If you’ve ever felt unseen, unheard, or unworthy — you are not alone. Healing is not linear, and it’s not always pretty. But it is possible.
And you don’t have to do it silently anymore.
“Our stories don’t end in trauma — they begin in truth.”

You are not what happened to you.
